Warren County will be utilizing the majority of its FFY (federal fiscal year) 2025 CDBG funding for single-family, owner-occupied housing rehabilition throughout Warren County.
The program - and all the associated documents - are currently in development. We intend to have the all the elements in place to start accepting applications for funding by April 1.
Because the City of Warren also receives a CDBG entitlement, this specific housing program is not open to city residents.
